You can reheat fondue just fine. It separates, but all you have to do is stir it a whole bunch and it's just fine.
We brought home the extra fondue last night to determine if, in fact, this was the case. It's not really a surprising result, but there are enough diary products that go all weird when melted and allowed to cool that we weren't sure it would be the case.
