Greg and I went to the Boulder tai chi club this morning, to observe a session. It was an interesting experience, because it made me realize some things about how I learn stuff and some psychological buttons related to that. They seem like a really great group, but I don't think I would be comfortable being a novice in that environment. (They do a different form than the one I know, so I'd basically have to learn the whole thing.) I got impressively frustrated just watching and thinking about trying to learn the form. But Greg is going to give it a try, which I think is great. Maybe he can teach me stuff at home, and I can join him once I'm past the point of feeling totally incompetent...

Drove down to Aurora in nasty snow for dinner with family. It looks like odds are good that my step-sister and her family will be moving to England for three years (her husband is very likely to get a job offer there), which is very cool.
