Wow, so, yeah, where was I?

Ludicrous amounts of work from home this weekend let me finish revamping the website and updating all the support materials, so I was able to go and get CD-ROMs burned to give away Friday, hooray! I got a whole bunch of updates done and content written that had been on my to-do list for a long time, and the CD looks really good. So that's a bunch of hurrah.

Got up normal time yesterday, early-ish today, and will be getting up really early tomorrow and Friday to take Greg & Jerry to the airport (off to Oregon for a few days to visit Jerry's Mom) and to go do my presentation at 8-freakin'-AM, respectively. So I'm a little out of it this evening what with the shifting circadian rhythms and lots of work.

OH! But I found a neat recipe for roasted cauliflower! Basically: take a head of cauliflower and slice it roughly finger-width. Throw it in a bowl with a olive oil, (kosher) salt, and pepper, and toss. Sprinkle it with paprika, then spread it on a pan and dust it with unsweetened cocoa powder. Roast at 425 until it's soft and juicy. I really liked it; it didn't have any of that sorta chalkiness that cauliflower sometimes has.
