Yay Fringe!

We're nearly to the end of S1. I like how there are a bunch of random characterization details and suchlike that turn out to be so very not random at all.

(I totally get how some people get it as an X-Files ripoff. They have an awful lot in common with one another. I am a heretic, and see it not as a ripoff, but an improvement...)

I so so SO adore Fringe. I love all the characters - but Walter most of all.

SO LOVE SO much love for him. :) John Noble, "Denethor" - astounding actor.

I'm not sure what episode it's in, but there are a couple amusing nods to The X-files.

FFS, is it working now? It's too early for this shit. Er, if it doesn't this is rusty. :)

Almost anything would be better than the X-files, but I agree. The 3 eps I've been able to see were great.

We just finished season 1 and have liked it enough that we're pulling the season 2 bits that we haven't seen off of iTunes.
