You Don't Even Want To Know How Many Boxes There Are

After all the ups and downs of yesterday, today was much less crazy.

zalena came over and we put things into boxes for many, many hours. It's kind of amazing how much easier it is to deal with when there's somebody else there to help. Just having conversation while you're packing is a big plus, but it was really helpful to have someone* disinterested enough not to dither over the pack-vs-purge question when packing up the random arts & crafts supplies.

*(i.e., not me)

We had dinner at La Casita. Note for those interested -- they have moved! Now it's behind Target, next to the Chinese place with the drive-through. I had a slice of choco-flan for dessert: chocolate cake with a layer of cake-flan stuff on top. It was tasty.

There's still lots to pack, but we made some pretty significant progress.
