Facial Hair Reconfiguration [Jun. 2nd, 2010|10:57 pm]
Beemer
I have reconfigured my facial hair.

Behold, unseen for untold ages countless decades quite some time:
my chin!

Man, I need a monocle. And a derby.

I like that! In fact I sported that look once a few years ago... as I was walking into work my boss said "Howdy, Sheriff!" The idea that it was a 'costume' look was planted and it didn't last long.

Suh-WEET! A big Meerschaum pipe would also not be out of place. Or a pith helmet!

I just watched the Spanish comedy "Unconscious" and the leading man has the exact same facial hair. (It's set in whatever the Spanish version of the Edwardian era would be.) Very handsome!

I'd say either underdressed or overdressed. So, yes.

I don't think...I'm allowed to imagine Beemer neekid. So I'll just go for the full-on Victorian Steampunk hottery.

Oh no! We need permissions?! Oops.

Then again, Steampunk Hottery does have a MASSIVE appeal...

Yes. Get yourself a bowler hat. And um. Be otherwise naked. UM.

In an odd coincidence, I'm also changing my facial hair. It is not ready for prime time. It may never be. But tis the season, or something.

The last time I had facial hair was around my wedding, so... yeah.

Did I mention that early, blonde-mixed-with-brown beards look very spotty, like I have hair in some spots of my face but not others? It needs to grow out a lot to look full, I suspect.

Looks great!

That was the beard style that got me sketched at a coffee shop in Los Angeles by a greeting card artist. Dropped the napkin by the table on his way out and said "I couldn't help but draw you, I do greeting cards. You should look for them at (some shop lost to time and bad memory.) I had it for Pirates of Penzance. This ends your random Bryan memory for the day.
