Much of my weekend was about this obnoxious shoulder/back pain I got after doing some bench presses on Friday, but I should probably finish writing the email to my doctor about it before I blather on about it here.|
Instead, I'll say that I have cooked quite a few new recipes lately that turned out well, and that makes me happy.
Of particular note, H-mart sells bags of king mushrooms for cheap, and also stocks little picking cucumbers. I picked up some of each, not having anything in particular in mind, and when I went looking for recipes, I found these two, which I combined, and the results were AMAZING. So, so good.
(Also cooked recently: chicken-zucchini stirfry with sesame; Greek isle chicken with zucchini stewed in oil; Indian chicken with ginger-cumin-turmeric cauliflower and chickpeas.)
